The Tribe - Season 6 - Episode 11 ... (Fiction)

(It's been 3 days that the Mallrats had been travelling to try and find the Eco's.. their old camp had been abandoned and now it seems that they'd vanished off the face of the earth.. The Mallrats were getting bored and restless.. Bray Jnr had been passed from person to person throughout the whole journey.. Even Brady had become so tired from walking that Trudy was now carrying her.. and they were ALL dirty and tired)

AMBER: I've had enough of this.. I'm cold, hungry and dirty.. It's been three days Lex.. We should head back

GEL: I want to bath and get changed.. I feel disgusting

LEX: You LOOK disgusting

AMBER: Lex! .. (she snapped) .. We want to go home

MAY: And where exactly is home Amber? .. The cabin? .. With the Eco's? .. Where? .. Just look at us, We look like a sad bunch of unwanted losers.. We fight amongst ourselves.. We can't agree on ANYTHING.. and we stink.

TRUDY: We want our leader back.. Someone to make the RIGHT decisions for us

LEX: And what's wrong with my decisions?

TRUDY: Nobody listens Lex.. that's the difference.. but Bray's word is final.. I think he should take over again

ZOE: Come on Lex.. Stand down.. You tried it.. it didn't work out.. Leadership isn't your thing.. You should stick to what your good at.. something like our protection

SALENE: I agree!

TRUDY: What do you say Bray? .. Will you be our Leader again?

BRAY: Oh I don't know

TRUDY: Please Bray

BRAY: (Feeling pressurised).. Fine.. But I say we all need to get a wash.. and head back to the cabin.. we can't survive without real food.. Sure there's only fish.. but we CAN live on it

EBONY: I'd rather eat fish everyday, than run on Empty

LEX: Don't we need to vote on that decision?

AMBER: No.. it's unanimous

LEX: Oh, thanks for that Amber.. You respect his? .. but not mine?

EBONY: Shut up complaining.. At least Bray know's what he's doing

AMBER: There's a stream by that banking over there.. we'll each take our turn to wash.. I've got a few towels in my bag

LOTTIE: I've got soap.. (she says handing the soap to Amber)

AMBER: Thanks Lottie.. Where did you find that?

(Gel checks her pockets)

LOTTIE: Just laying around

GEL: You little thief .. that's mine..

AMBER: Oh give it a rest Gel.. it's only soap... And right now we ALL need it

RAM: Gel has a point though.. Empty your pockets Lottie.. What else have you got stashed away?

LOTTIE: Nothing honestly.. I just thought that the soap would be useful.. and we know SHE wouldn't share it.. she's so selfish.. (she says glancing over at Gel)

TRUDY: Lottie, if you keep stealing, your NOT welcome among us.. We've got enough problems without you adding to them.. We mallrats don't respect theives

BRAY: (agreeing with Gel, Ram & Trudy).. We didn't tolerate KC doing it.. and we're not about to bend the rules for you Lottie.... (leaning in towards Amber & whispering).. Keep a close eye on your ring..

AMBER: I will.. (she smiles)..

RUBY: (Approaching Amber).. Do you want me to wash little Bray for you? .. (she offers helpfully)

GEL: No.. I wanted to do that.. he's so sweet..(she smiles).. like his dad.. (she adds eyeing Bray up again)

(Bray takes no notice.. and Amber laughs it off)

AMBER: I'll tell you what.. I think I'd feel more comfortable if Ruby held him, and you can wash him Gel.. But I'll assist.. come on..

(The three girls head to the stream and Jay approaches Bray seeing it as an oppertunity to start a row)

JAY: I'm curious Bray, Why didn't you kick me out for what I'd done

BRAY: I had my reasons .. (he replied not making eye contact with Jay)

JAY: Which would be?

BRAY: Let's just say, your of more use to us, than you are a threat .. (he answers calmly)

JAY: Have you always been such a push over with the ladies?

BRAY: (Raising his right eyebrow).. Meaning?

JAY: Meaning... Amber dated me... An ex techno.. Someone half responsible for the reason the two of you were parted in the first place..

BRAY: Your on dangerous ground pal.. (Bray warns)

(Jay sences Bray tensing up and losing his cool.. so he decides to keep stirring)

JAY: How did it feel knowing she'd betrayed you? .. I bet it ate away at you when you found each other again and you saw her wrapped around ME.. I had your woman.. needless to say she was hardly worth it though.. I ended up finding out that she's just a no good cheating slag

(With that Bray smacked Jay hard in the face with his fist.. sending Jay falling to the ground..... This caught the attention of Gel.. as Jay got up off the floor he launched himself at Bray.. and the two scrapped on the dirt..)

GEL: That's hot

(Amber looks up at what had caught Gels eye and see's Bray and Jay fighting on the ground)

AMBER: (standing up).. That's NOT hot .. that's serious .. (she says leaving Bray Jnr in the arms of Ruby and running off towards the boys)

(The sound of Amber hurrying towards the others, who seemed to be oblivious to the fight, had suddenly alerted them of the matter)

DARYL: (Suddenly seeing the fight) .. What the?

AMBER: Bray.. Stop it..now.. Jay.. Break it up both of you.. (she screamed)

(She struggled to break the two up, she attempted to squeeze between the two guys... but her tiny frame was no match for the two muscly lads.. and she was shoved back)

AMBER: (shouting).. LEX! EBONY! .. Don't just stand there

LEX: What do you want me to do?

TRUDY: They're going to kill each other .. (she screams)

LEX: (Laughs).. Leave them to it..

AMBER: What? .. (she replies horrifed by Lex's lack of concern)

LEX: That has been in the air for a while now.. they've had it coming a long time

AMBER: Slade? .. Ram? .. Please... (she begs)

VED: Jay.. stop it .. (he yells)

SALENE: (Running towards the two grappling guys).. What does this prove?

(Slade and Ram had most definatley seen plenty of violence in their time.. but seeing Bray and Jay scrapping on the dirt, both covered in bruises and cuts had disturbed them.. the way the two of them were hitting each other, it wouldn't be surprising if one of them ended up seriously injured)

RAM: (Grabbing Jay).. Break it up ..

SLADE: (Restraining Bray).. That's enough..

AMBER: (Stepping forward) .. Two grown guys.. fighting like children.. (she yelled) .. Your both pathetic.. You'd better get yourselves cleaned up...

(she snapped before walking back over to collect her son from Ruby)

(Bray and Jay were both bleeding from the face, they both had a black eye and plenty of bruising to their cheeks.. they definitley looked bad.... And they felt it too.. What had they allowed Bray Jnr and Brady to witness.. What kind of role models were they?)

BRAY: (Walking past Jay) .. This isn't over.. (he warned)
